My love turns the big 5-0 this week and I was able to stun the heck out of him with a great party last night.
I totally recommend the Auld Shebeen in the City of Fairfax if you're local and need a place to throw a party. The food and staff were excellent! It all fell into place, the hardest thing was the cake. People, don't make a cake you can't carry!
So now back to the fiber content. Here's a shot of the purple skein from last week all dried and snug as a bug in its ball. I have to re-warp the warp chain since my vigorous rinsing kind of made it curl up on itself.

Too cool! What a nice thing you did for him. He'll remember it forever.
