So here is a Christmas ornament/gift tag I'm fooling around with on my Voyager. I'm using 3/2 bleached Perle/Pearl Cotton for the warp and hand spun (on a drop spindle) singles of some green roving I purchased from The Fold at MS&W. Don't laugh, it's shaggy chic.
I'm using a pattern from one of my favorite weaving books, "A Weaver's Book of 8-Shaft Patterns", the pattern is on page 31, #119.
What about my linen project? I've got 30 ends of the 675 needed on the warping board. Have I ever mentioned I have a limited attention span? Hey look! That dog has a bushy tail!
That is actually SO COOL! I don't weave, but I feel inspired to do something like that with embroidery. I just love the colors of your handspun, perfect for something Christmas-y.

Neato!
Guess what I just found Radar chewing on - go ahead, guess.
Yep, the wishbone from the turkey.
That damn cat.
