Grapes are a wonderful thing. I think that they usually like to wait until the third year after they have been planted to produce grapes. I had a friend who had a grape vine. One Valiant plant. And one year we picked about 45 pounds and made a gazillion jars of grape jelly. Be prepared!

I'd love to plant a grape arbor. A friend from my teen years had one in her back yard and it was so lovely cool under it in the middle of summer. Happy munching!
