But today I'm at ease. Even though I found out Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Division is making a voluntary recall of hip replacement parts. Yeah, those can be installed and recalled.
A few months post-surgery was my first experience with hip recalls. It wasn't J&J brand, whatever company had left machining oil on the titanium bits and people weren't healing properly. My doctor said then, I'd know it if it were mine and I would still be on crutches and not healing.
So I think I'm okay for now with this recall. I don't think it's mine, but just to be sure I called the doctor's office and am waiting to hear back.
My looms are staring at me. Today is the last day I have to loaf before work begins to pick up speed. I'm not unpacked, I'm not in a very creative mood.
I might start knitting on the Cocoknits Liesl. I am thinking about yarns at least, so that's a good sign for a slumbering Yarn-Head.
